Order Tracking & Delivery

Go to My Orders in your Swamaan Bharat account. You can also use the Track Order tool above by entering your order number.

Our delivery team will schedule delivery within 24–48 hours. You will receive a call from the delivery executive before arrival.

Contact our support team immediately to reschedule delivery or hold the shipment. Use the Contact Us page.

Our delivery team attempts delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order is returned. Please contact support to reschedule.

Check your order status in My Orders. If the estimated date has passed, contact our support team immediately.

Standard delivery takes 7–14 working days. Large furniture items may take up to 21 days due to special handling.

You can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Contact support with your order number and the new address.
