Do not accept delivery if visible damage is noticed. If damage is found after unpacking, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours via Contact Us.
Submit a ticket at Contact Us with your order number, defect description, and clear photos.
We offer replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Once approved, the replacement item is dispatched within 5–7 working days.
We do not accept mind-change returns for large furniture. If the product does not match the description, contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it.
