1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable: Customized/made-to-order furniture, items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging.

Share your Order Number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description.
Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours.
If approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup from your location.

UPI / Net Banking	3–5 business days
Credit / Debit Card	5–7 business days
Wallet	1–3 business days
EMI	7–10 business days (as per bank policy)
Cash on Delivery	Refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
