Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

All Swamaan Bharat modular furniture products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship.

2. What Is Covered

• Structural defects in frames, hinges, channels, and joinery
• Delamination, peeling, or bubbling of laminates under normal use conditions
• Defective hardware (locks, handles, soft-close mechanisms) failing under normal use
• Manufacturing faults that affect the functionality of the product

3. What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Scratches, dents, or surface wear due to normal use
• Damage from water, excessive humidity, or direct sunlight exposure
• Damage caused by repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Products used commercially beyond their intended residential/office use

4. How to Claim Warranty

2. Provide your Order Number, photos/video of the defect, and a description.
3. Our team will assess the issue and respond within 5 business days.
4. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part/product at no charge.

5. Limitation

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Swamaan Bharat's total warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product and does not include any other damages or losses.
