3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is final.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Customized orders are non-cancellable once production begins (typically 48 hours after order confirmation).

4. Payment

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI.
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• In the event of a payment failure, please verify with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
• Razorpay's terms of service also apply to your transaction.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by product type and location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Warranty

All products are covered under our Warranty Policy. Manufacturing defects will be addressed as per the terms stated therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swamaan Bharat's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wadhwan / Surendranagar, Gujarat.
