1. Shipping Areas

We deliver across India. Pan-India shipping is available for all products. For remote or hilly areas, additional transit time may apply.

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹30,000.
Orders below ₹30,000: shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
For bulk or trade orders, shipping is quoted separately by our sales team.

Timelines begin after order confirmation and payment clearance. Delays due to logistics partners or force majeure events are beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order at helpdesk.php?cat=tracking.

Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
Inspect the product at the time of delivery. Report any visible damage to the delivery person and take photos.
Do not accept a delivery if the packaging is severely damaged — contact us immediately.

Installation services are available in select cities in Gujarat. Please contact us at the time of ordering to confirm availability in your area.
